Feb. 28: A night at the theatre

For the first time since high school, I got to see an old friend, Matt Richardson, on stage.  I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Feb. 27: Melting snow piles

In the middle of winter, after several days of no new snow, snow piles begin to look ugly.  I found the shapes forming by this melting snow interesting though.

She usually naps either under or on top of the blankets.  This time, I guess she decided to split the difference.

I really didn't necessarily want to post that many pictures of snow, but there has been so much of it this winter.  I just couldn't resist this one, a house right around the corner from mine.  It doesn't look like they've had mail delivered in a few days.

I took myself to see The Monuments Men last night as my first artist date while following The Artist's Way program.  Learned something about history and now want to read more about it.

Feb. 11: A little therapy

I really needed to release some anger that had been building up in me so I broke a mug this morning by slamming it into the sidewalk.  I put it in a plastic bag to try to contain the shards but that obviously didn't work.  I do feel better now, although it scares me a little that I committed this act of violence.

Jan. 6: A snowy day

This is along highway 24 on my way to work in Defiance.  I love trees and love taking pictures of them.  Unfortunately, so many interesting ones that I want to photograph are on the sides of highways, making it difficult to get a good picture.

Jan. 5: Have to hold on

This rock sets on a shelf at the foot of my bed so I see it every morning.  I bought it a couple years ago from my niece. Just after taking this picture, I got a phone call to inviting me to interview for a job in New York.

Feb. 4: This is why I need a new computer...

The blank white screen in front is the screen on my laptop.  I have to plug it in to the larger monitor in the back in order to use it.  And this is why I need a new laptop.

Finally talked again after way too many months.  We're getting together Sunday evening.  Miss this girl!

I tried to install an update for iTunes and it failed.  Now I can't access the program at all.  I really need a new computer.
